WHAT ARE AUTO CHIP KEYS?

Most car owners don't know or understand that their vehicle is equiped with a High Security device know as transponder system.  A transponder system is a radio transmitter / receiver that is programmed into your cars computer.  A transponder (auto chip) key is programmed with the correct identification to the computerin the car.  With out the correct identification when the key is switched on the vehicle will not start.  Consumers often are not aware of the expense of such a device.  Most dealerships may tell you that a spare transponder (auto chip) key can only be programmed at a dealership. What they also sometimes fail to tell you is that not only do you have to pay for the key ( about $30+) you also have to pay to have the key programmed to your car (about $60+).  In some vehicles the cost is much more.  They also want you to tow your vehicle to your local dealership if you have lost your keys to you vehicle (tow fee + key + program = $$$$$$$).  DON'T PAY THESE EXPENSIVE FEES.  For someone thinking of saving some money and buying a transponder (auotchip) key online beware. Most car owners don't relize that these keys are not programmed to their vehicle.  When you buy a key online for about ($25 +) it must be mailed to you and then you must locate a company with equipment to cut and program the key.  You still must pay for the programming ($60+) of the key to your vehicle.  Not a whole lot of savings when you have to wait for mail, locate someone to cut and program key.  DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE TIME AND TROUBLE OR HIDDEN CHARGES.  COME TO US INSTEAD!
